High Integrity Inspection Equipment

For close quarters high integrity inspection we deploy both DJI’s customisable Matrice 100 aircraft and the Inspire vehicle with Zenmuse X5 gimbal and X5R micro four thirds HD camera to provide stabilized 4K raw video and crystal clear 16 megapixel images. Alternative additional camera configurations including a forward looking infra red radiometric camera unit or a MicaSense Multispectral camera can be mounted and deployed.
The Matrice platform incorporates a sensing anti collision system giving the drone the ability to detect and avoid obstacles providing for an extra level of security when flying close to critical plant or for indoor applications.
 

Personnel

Operating under the regulatory requirements of the CAA our pilots are all qualified to recognised BNUC or RPQ S standards for the aircraft type and are knowledgeable of the requirements for inspection workscopes

Working with experienced, CSWIP qualified inspectors and engineers our pilots fly the mission to collect the data required and will execute the flight plan as directed and in accordance with the demands of the real time dataflow.

General Inspection Equipment

General structural inspection is carried out with the DJI Phantom drone and integrated camera. This is a low cost alternative suitable for less demanding and less critical roles where cost is an overriding consideration.
